If you have an iPhone. Make sure it has a difficult password. Not four digit but alphanumerical and at least 26 characters.
On iPhones with TouchID press the power button fives times, it will disable TouchID and require the password.
On iPhone with FaceID hold the side button and one of the volume buttons.
