60% of Coronavirus Patient Deaths Not Counted Toward Official Total, Moscow Officials Say

According to anonymous doctors from RF, any patient who dies from corona while having any other condition, is listed as dead from this condition, and not covid-19. Almost everyone has something.

So, those numbers are bollocks, and frankly nobody has any idea how many die from virus , even the people at the head of the government, it is designed this way. Vast territories of RF are also not homogenous enough to derive any accurate statistical approximation of casualties either.
